These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MEEDIA website and services. By booking with MEEDIA or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

MEEDIA offers photography, videography, and digital content creation services for sporting and lifestyle events, including but not limited to equestrian competitions and golf sessions.

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Specific deliverables (such as number of images or video length) are outlined in individual service packages.


2. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our online form and may require full payment upfront.
  • Payment is accepted via Stripe, EFT, or other approved methods.
  • Invoices must be paid by the due date stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before an event may be eligible for a partial refund (minus a processing/admin fee).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of an event are non-refundable.
  • If an event is rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to transfer your booking or issue a credit where appropriate.


4. Delivery of Content

  • Final edited content is typically delivered within 5–7 business days after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery is digital via an online gallery, file-sharing link, or email.
  • We do not provide unedited/raw files.


5. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • All images and videos created by MEEDIA remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for personal, promotional, or non-commercial use.
  • Commercial usage (e.g. brand campaigns, resale, or advertising by sponsors) must be approved and may require a licensing agreement.


6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate event and contact information
  • Ensure horses/subjects are ready and safe for filming or photography
  • Respect timelines and allow reasonable access for MEEDIA to perform services
  • We are not responsible for missed moments due to schedule delays, access restrictions, or lack of communication.


7. Liability

While we take care in providing our services, MEEDIA is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property or animals
  • Injury during the event
  • Content quality impacted by weather, lighting, or uncontrollable factors
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEEDIA disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
